Are
your brows drooping? How about your eye corners? Are your upper eyelids
drooping?
Your double-folded eye lids are disappearing, and you need thick eyeliners to define the eyes?
Repetitive Botox injections do not prevent the forehead wrinkles?
And your eyes seem
smaller after the injection?Your double-folded eye lids are disappearing, and you need thick eyeliners to define the eyes?
Repetitive Botox injections do not prevent the forehead wrinkles?
You need to open up your eyes hard to get a clear view?
If you have these issues, it means that your upper face is sagging. You need to tighten up the fascia at the upper face, to solve the problems from their roots and rejuvenate your look.
How
does this happen?
It is because the bones/ fats/ muscles of human bodies change over time.
In
a simple way, let’s take the upper face as the example:
Bones are getting backwards when getting old à thus the soft tissues seem loose and sagging, relatively
Fats
also shrink when getting old à thus the
forehead seems thin relatively.
The loose and sagging soft tissues make your eyes tired easily; and the muscles use more strength as a compensation à attributable to the apparent dynamic wrinkles.
The repetitive contraction of muscles results in the loose skinà in some severe cases, the excessive skin needs to be removed.
Some
young people have natural born drooping eyes or brows and the surgery also
works well on them.
Therefore,
it is observed that, the older we are, the thinner the forehead is; this is
because the bones retreat and thus the whole soft tissues drops along with
brows.
Thus, the eyelids also droop and cover the eyes. To see things clear,
the muscles at the forehead need to use compensatory power to keep eyes open
and derive the apparent forehead wrinkles.
How
to deal with it
Step 1: Take care of the loose fascia
To
solve the problem from the root, the most critical thing is to return the loose
tissues to the original position. Currently, the prevailing surgeries are
conventional forehead lifting and endotine forehead lifting. However, these
surgeries come with the problems of scars at the forehead, and longer swollen
recovery period.
An if the fine-tuning challenges is not satisfactory after the surgery, some clients prefer no unabsorbable alien objects in their bodies, such as the endotine.

To
overcome the abovesaid challenges, our surgery is able to return and fix the
tissue at the original position and the effect is long lasting. The scar and
recovery period issues are addressed as well.we call Eyebrow Lifting and Eye Enlargement Minimally Invasive Surgery ((eyes
and brows rejuvenation surgery)
Eyebrow
Lifting and Eye Enlargement Minimally Invasive Surgery (eyes and brows
rejuvenation surgery)
The
benefits are as follows:
1. No wound
and scar to be worried about
2. Able to be
customized. Different eyebrows shape and direction of lifting may be designed
based on each case. The effect of forehead and brow lifting is immediate,
clear, and long lasting. It may be fine-tuned.
3. No risks
of lifted hairline.
4. Minimum
harm to the issues; almost no swelling and bruise after the surgery.
When the
surgeon lifts the skin and fascia to the corresponding position on the bones,
he/she would carefully check the required degree of lifting and symmetry of the
both side of face, before stitching the fascia to the fix point from inside.
The wounds would be pin tip size and hiding under the brows and hairline. It
takes about one to two hours to complete the operation.
Conventional
forehead lifting.
The
most popular way of the conventional forehead lifting is to hide the cuts
inside the hairline.
The benefits are that the excessive forehead skin may be removed in a large scale; the scars are hidden inside the hairline; the forehead wrinkles are smoothened, the drooping eye corners are improved, and the brows are lifted greatly.
However, the hairline will be lifted greatly, too. Therefore, it is not ideal for these who with only few hair or bald, or large forehead. The risks include the bloody swollen, infection, scars at the head, partial hair loss, and temporary numbness or itchiness of head.

Endotine
forehead lifting
Comparing to the surgery wounds of the conventional lifting, the lifting with an endoscope has smaller scars. The surgery is executed with an endoscope, with three to five scars, 2-3 cm each.
Be it forehead and mid-face lifting, the endotine lifting uses some unabsorbable endotine, and thus the holes need to be drilled at the skull.
The axis-directions of the tissue fixtures are relatively immovable, and thus the expression would appear not that natural. The range to be peeled off is similar to the conventional lifting, including the whole forehead and temples.
The peeled positions would have swollen and bruise problems. As the wounds are hidden in the hairline, and all the forehead is pulled backward, the brows may seem exaggerated at the beginning, and the hairline may be lifted as well.
Step 2: Dealing with the lost volume
Once
the fascia is fixed, the lost volume is filled up based on the individual case.
Instead of the conventional fat filling concept, the complex microscopic casing
liposuction provides smooth temples and forehead without any unevenness.
